All classes begin with a brief centering and warm-up, progress through the main practice, and conclude with relaxation or meditation. Our instructors provide modifications and variations to ensure everyone can participate safely and effectively.

We provide mats, props, and equipment, though you’re welcome to bring your own mat. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring water. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for first-time visits
